It wasn’t until I started teaching yoga in 2007 that I realised I had found a perfect vehicle for my psychology degree.I feel yoga is the technology to bring transformation into your life and to explore change. Yoga is also the physical expression of the workings of the mind. My avid study of yoga psychology and philosophy has helped me understand more about who we are and how we think and led me to a greater understanding of how the body works but more specifically the mind. Through mindfulness, meditation and patience my yin classes will help you to feel at peace, less stressed and physically more comfortable within yourself. I continue to explore these themes through ongoing training with yin teachers both here and overseas.
I am also an avid writer and have had my work published in Elephant Journal, Mind Body Green and am a regular contributer for My Yoga Online. I love to practice yin and enjoy the creativity of vinyasa flow.
